An already classic of the pre-Christmas era, the 2012 Jazz Festival, arrives at the Madrid stages from November 6 to December 2.
This festival that now celebrates its 29th edition, and in which more than 40,000 spectators attend annually, has in its main program up to 46 concerts that take place in rooms as important as the Fernán Gómez Theater, Circus theater Price and count Duke.
At Madrid Jazz Festival 2012 you can attend musicians shows from ten countries, from Italy, Switzerland and Russia, to Israel, Cuba or the United States.
At Fernán Gómez TheaterOn November 6, the central program opens with the performance of Cuban pianist Omar Sosa and trumpeter Sardinian Paolo Fresu. Until the end of November, 16 jazz formations will take place on this stage, with prominent names such as Martirio, the Negri, Tommy Emmanuel and Antonio Zambujo.

For its part, in the Count Duke Center Up to 22 concerts have been scheduled, including special days with young Israeli musicians, and the show 6 Donne in Jazz, with the performance of six leading Italian female artists.
Likewise, in this cultural center there is a cycle with three music documentaries from the world of Swiss production.
For its part, in the Circus theater Price the performances of Silvia Pérez Cruz (November 8), the fusion of jazz and flamenco of Camerata Flamenco Project (day 9), the Latin rhythms of Oscar D'León (day 12) and the performance of Incognito (day17) are planned.
In addition to this main rooms, jazz floods in November many other rooms in the city.
They highlight the performance of Patti Smith, on the 15th in the Riviera Room, and the programming of the festivals of Saint John Baptist and Linear City. New offices are also incorporated, such as National Auditorium, New Apollo Theater and the Caracol Room.
